Wireless service after sleep, Spiceworks

So in my last post I was raving about how nice the WiFi interface is on Win7, however a gripe has come up. When my machine goes to sleep, the wireless adapter needs to be reset after coming out of it. I’m sure it varries from adapter to adapter but annoying none the less. I’m using a 3Com 3CRUSB20075 which is working OK besides the need to be reset. I checked the power settings but there were no clear options to make any decent changes for this. I do still want the machine to sleep, however I want the wireless to wake back up right with it afterwards.
Also touching back on a previous post, Spiceworks is a community I have been getting inovlved in recently and have found very enjoyable. There was a recent post on there that shall remain unamed for a few reasons, that was basiclly complaining about the types of questions people are asking (as they are to ‘newb like’) and also about how he cannot answer quetions anymore because there are people who jump all over them. Now maybe I took this a little personal beacuse I (yes, ME) have had a recent tendency of jumping at the first opprutunity to help people who post on the forums. I really don’t see anything wrong with it, and as I responded to his post, I explained how it gives me a nice break from the day and it feels good to help people out. I also know that they will be there when I need assistance and will be rewarded in the long run. Blah blah blah – my point is, if you don’t like the questions people ask, DON’T WORRY ABOUT them, and go browse along to the next site. Don’t bash the people who help, you were new once too, and we can’t all be as smart as you! Here I am doing the same thing and complaining about an internet forum, however this is my blog, if you don’t like it; browse right along to the next site..
