Tips to Study for Google IQ Certification

The Google IQ Certification for Google Analytics is the web giants way of testing and qualifying experts for their product. I recently passed the exam and wanted to share a few tips for studying and some resources I used. I was surprised at the complexity of some of the questions, but was able to work my way through it. The passing benchmark has been recently raised from 75% to 80%. The exam was 70 questions and I had 120 minutes to take it.

Some areas that should be studied in depth prior to the exam:

  • Filters and profiles
  • E-commerce tracking
  • Regex expressions
  • Types of cookies used
